Facebook CBD Groups Legit AF

I’m wasn't a big fan of Facebook because in the last few years I’ve seen an increase in meaningless posts, mockery, advertising, and self-absorbed poop heads. Only videos and posts about pets was worth my Facebook toilet time.
Times have changed.
Up until the Summer of 2018, I was oblivious to the fact that Facebook had group pages where people with common interests hang out and share experiences.
I found CBD oil users group pages and I was floored.
You have to understand that I am a skeptic and for good reason. In one of my millions of self-employed jobs, I do video presentations for businesses with real numbers to businesses that have scheming written all over it.
The only issue that I raise my eyebrow to is this one particular popular CBD oil users group that goes a bit heavy on promoting one particular CBD brand. I think it’s bullshit because a lot of the group members are onboard the stupid train. I say stupid because it can hurt the future availability of CBD by putting other sellers out of business or worse.
There are other CBD oil brands that are real good. But that’s whole other blog. Stay tuned!
Meantime, here’s a list of health conditions that people from these group pages say CBD has helped support:
-
Not being able to sleep (some call it insomnia, some do not)
-
Pain from surgery (recovery)
-
Pain from inflammation
-
Arthritis
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Fibromyalgia
-
ADD/ADHD
There’s too much to list. Here are some graphics with some brief bulleted info.

CBD and its Health Benefits
CBD – or cannabidoil - is just one of the 60 naturally occurring compounds from the cannabis plant hemp. Hemp contains most of the CBD with proven healing benefits and contains less than 0.3% THC, meaning it’s unable to get you high.
The human body has two receptors, CB1 and CB2 receptors, that also produce cannabinoids. When taking CBD, it directs the body to use more of its own cannabinoids, regulating a balance in your sleep, mood, immunity, and more.
CBD is a natural alternative and more and more people are turning to it because over-the-counter drugs are not as effective, too expensive, or just isn’t working.

CBD vs THC
THC – tetrahydrocannabinol - is also a type of cannabinoid from the cannabis plant marijuana. Like CBD, when THC interacts with your body’s endocannabinoids (receptors that produce cannabinoids), it relays messages to your body that have proven to help individuals suffering from chronic pain, mood disorders, and other medical ailments.
The psychoactive effects is responsible for the “high” produced by medicinal and recreational marijuana. For some people the “high” feeling is unpleasant.
